Welcome to the on-line registration center for Tulsa United. You can now register one or more children from your home or office and pay by MasterCard or Visa. There is no additional cost to register on-line.  Please read the instructions below and then click on registration link at the bottom of this page to register your player(s).

Tulsa United Soccer has contracted with gotsoccer for all our registration and scheduling procedures. You may from time to time receive information from gotsoccer. Please read these instructions before going to the on-line application.

1.  Complete TUSC Registration Form on Gotsport Account Type:  Select Player, Manager, Coach or Referee. First Name. Last Name. Make sure that the first and last names are identical to first and last names on the child’s birth certificate. If your child uses a different last name than appears on the birth certificate, put this name in parentheses after the original last name. [ First Name: William Last Name: Spears (Blakely) ] You must fill out the first and last names as they appear on the birth certificate. All required parts must be answered to complete the registration process. Email Address. You MUST include an email address. If you do not have access to email, you must put in noemail@tulsaunitedsoccerclub.com as your email address. Birth Certificate List. Your child’s birth certificate must be on file with Tulsa United. Most players previously registered at Tulsa United will be on the list. Click here to verify that your child’s birth certificate is on file. You will be asked to verify this at the end of the on-line form before it can be completed. If your child’s birth certificate is not on file and you are registering for the first time, you must fax a copy (665-2859), scan and e-mail a copy or bring the birth certificate to the Tulsa United office during office hours. No registration will be accepted as final until the birth certificate is verified by Tulsa United. Requests. There is no guarantee that your child will be placed on any particular team. Every effort will be made to place players on teams with their classmates and/or neighbors, according to age groupings. At the end of the on-line form, you may request a certain coach or another player for your child to be placed with. There is no guarantee this will happen. Once teams have been formed, there will be no team-to-team transfers except in hardship cases at the discretion of the TUSC Registrar.

2.  Accept Waivers and Policies You must read and accept the Consent for Medical Treatment waiver and the USYS Consent to Play waiver in order to continue in the on-line process. If you do not accept the waivers, you will have to register through the Tulsa United office. No Tolerance Policy. Please read the following Tulsa United No Tolerance Statement. You must agree to abide by this policy or your registration will not be processed. Tulsa United supports US Youth Soccer, the Oklahoma Soccer Association and the Green Country Soccer Association in their guidelines that discourage negative behavior from coaches, players and spectators at games and practices. Tulsa United has a no tolerance policy that does not allow for any negative yelling or actions directed toward players and/or officials. Referees may send off players or coaches or may terminate games if such behavior is seen. Please be reminded that players, parents and coaches should all be positive role models. We ask that you help us set high standards for sportsmanship by encouraging moral and social integrity on the field. In order to register on-line, you must be, by law, 13 or older.

3.  Submit Payment Online payment may be made with MasterCard or Visa. Registering More Than One Player. If you are registering more than one player in your family, you MUST create a Family Account on the registration page before you register the first player to receive the multiple player discount. You will need to go through the registration procedure for each child and make payment after each enrollment. Discounts for multiple players are automatically taken on the payment page. Refunds. If your child’s registration is cancelled before the Registration Deadline, a refund will be allowed minus a $5.00 processing fee that will be taken out of the total refund. Once teams have been formed (after the registration deadline), absolutely no refunds will be allowed. Please register only if you are sure that your child can play.
